Who Cut The Cheese?
During my day job last week I had the opportunity to photograph the world’s largest 400 pound wheel of crucolo cheese as it was welcomed to the Concord Cheese Shop on December 1, 2011. This wasn’t shop owner Peter Lovis’ first rodeo. For the second year in a row Lovis ordered the wheel of cheese, which takes a month to deliver and has been made for more than 250 years in Rifugio di Crucolo, Italy.
